A REDDITCH church kicked-off its 200th anniversary celebrations on Sunday (May 20).
Former minister Rev Brian Holliday held a service in the morning at Crabbs Cross Methodist Church which was followed by a special celebration involving a cake made by Carolyn Richards, flowers arranged by Fay Wheatcroft and a banner designed by Harry Baker and worked by Babs Baker was presented and dedicated.
In the evening a circuit ‘Songs of Praise’ was led by the church’s current minister Rev Bob Thomas.
The next event is a flower festival which takes place on Saturday and Sunday (June 9 and 10) between 10am and 4pm on the Saturday and 2pm to 5pm on the Sunday.
