Hyde to stand down as Reds manager

REDDITCH United are searching for a new manager after it was announced Graham Hyde has stepped down.

A statement issued by the club said: "Effective immediately Graham Hyde at his own request is stepping down as first team manager of Redditch United. The Club thanks him for his support in the revitalisation of Redditch United and we depart as good friends."

Hyde joined the club at the start of the season overseeing the community development side of the club before taking over as joint manager in September 2011 with Mark Fenemore after Martin Sockett's departure and later taking sole control.

He steered Redditch clear of relegation from Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division and the announcement of his departure comes just two days after The Reds ended the season with a convincing 2-0 home win over Weymouth.
