JUMP ROPE UK members Lauren Shepherd, Stacie Pegg, Beci Dale and Rachael Dale travelled to London to film for CBBC’s Friday Download programme, which will be aired on Friday, January 27 at 6pm.
The girls had to show off their individual and team skills as well as teach Richard Wisker, the Download presenter, how to skip single rope and Double Dutch.
Meanwhile, the Studley-based club’s senior girls team - Rachael Dale, Beci Dale, Laura Summers and Gemma McGhee - have made it on to the shortlist for this year’s Stratford Sports Awards in the Senior Team category.
The awards event is being held at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Stratford on Friday, March 2, when the winners will be announced.
The senior team will also be performing at the Excel Centre in London at the end of the month for a corporate event.
