Redditch should be proud of its people and environment

HAVING lived in Brockhill for the past four years I was appalled by Mark Hill's letter in The Standard last week.
To generalise to such an extent that he honestly believes that everyone in Redditch conforms to his outrageous views is both misplaced and extremely hurtful. I can only imagine Mr Hill that perhaps your opinionated views are part of the reason that you have met with such hostility?
Personally, I have lived in Brockhill for the past four years and have found the people of Redditch to be extremely helpful and friendly. Redditch should be proud of its people and its environment.
We have excellent local facilities, including a hospital at which I have delivered both of my children in the past two years and received the most professional care and attention imaginable.
Mr Hill, it seems to me that Redditch will be a better place without you and your negative attitude and good luck to the residents of your new locality, they will certainly need it!
