YOUNGSTERS from Webheath Toddler Group marched through the streets of the district on Wednesday (April 30) dressed as ducks - all in the name of charity of course.
Some 24 pre-school children performed their Toddle Waddle in aid of the Meningitis Trust, and raised an amazing £700 for the national charity, which supports research into the killer disease.
They had made masks for the occasion and all wore something yellow to resemble their furry friends for the day.
Playgroup organiser Victoria Skelton said the youngsters did really well to raise such a large amount of cash.
"We do something for a different charity every year and what we achieved this year was amazing for such small children," she added.
The playgroup would love more people to go along. Sessions take place each Wednesday from 1.30pm to 3pm and cost just £1.50.
